My sessions are fun, varied and focus on technique.
I provide personal training for those looking to learn how to box and improve on their boxing skills. I also offer non boxing sessions for weight loss and fitness etc and I am Furioso Fight teams strength and conditioning coach.
A main focus of mine is recovery after training we will always stretch as a cool down to make sure our recovery time between sessions is minimal.
